literally broke the law..

Gonna keep this short for now as I don't want to waste much more time than I have to. had a massive issue where the hairdresser completely messed up, nothing like what I asked for (which wasn't particularly difficult). after over a month, managed to get written confirmation via email for a full refund. almost two months later this has not been paid, and nobody in charge will reply as apparently this is only one person who's on maternity leave.. and no-ones taking over... refunds of this kind must be paid within 14 days so therefore I have no choice but to look into escalating further with relevant authorities. brilliant. for the sake of if something goes wrong, nobody will help and there's no formal record of payment (cash only - nice means of tax evasion!), so don't give them any of your money.
